Sensory Development 101 —  $55 - 2 hours

In collaboration with Barista Friend, this class provides a structured deep dive into the building blocks of coffee flavor. We'll analyze sweetness, acidity, and mouthfeel using sensory exercises and tools used by professional coffee tasters, and then apply that knowledge in a guided cupping session. Expect to smell, slurp, and surprise your senses!
