I was lucky to take the Roaster School 101 at Rising Tide. It was a well-organized and highly informative experience. The class offered a thoughtful introduction to the roasting process, led by knowledgeable and passionate instructors in a warm, welcoming environment. I especially appreciated the hands-on portion and the opportunity to deepen my understanding of specialty coffee. Highly recommend for anyone looking to explore coffee in a relaxed, supportive setting and build their knowledge. Looking forward to the next class!
